10 LARGE GARLIC CLOVES
6 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
2 TABLESPOONS HONEY
2 TABLESPOONS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
2 TABLESPOONS APPLE JUICE
2 TABLESPOONS MUSTARD
- HEAT THE OVEN TO 350F. WRAP THE GARLIC AND OLIVE OIL IN FOIL AND BAKE UNTIL THE GARLIC IS TENDER. COOL. PEEL.
- COMBINE THE GARLIC, OIL AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND BLEND. SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
